TOTAL SERVICE Ltd., Czech Republic is a service company whose concept was born in 1997. The company concept was pioneered by its founders, who has been working in the technical industry since 1991, recognized that there were several facts to technology consulting. One of which is providing clients the option of products and the technology benefits they can choose from, the other is the quality of the implementation and maintenance. The balance of products and services offering allowed Total Service (TS) to consistently provide top notch quality service to each client for which the company provided service. Many systems integration firms were primarily focused on the profit margins brought by the products it tries to sell, whether it's a good fit to the client they are selling to or not. In most cases, this was a detriment to the client and for sure a headache in implementation.

The original founding concept was that the combination of technology and understanding the business drivers of your client resulted in a proven success record for providing total quality business solutions.

Although, adhering to this concept gave TS a jumpstart as successful computer consultants specializing in systems administration, TS principals recognized that the way to perform better in this ever changing industry is to be flexible and to adjust to the needs of their clients. Thus began, the foundation for a company philosophy that would grow and strengthen with each passing year.

Since the TS principals bring different backgrounds to this total quality business concept they continuously work to partner the right ingredients for a recipe for success. The overall philosophy of the TS principals is that both the technical and business aspects play an equal role in serving their clients.

As TS grows with it’s growing clients, creating new partnerships, developing new vendor relationships, as well as maintaining the existing ones that have made them successful, internally, the principals continually evaluate and improve their business model to keep their business competitive and to provide the level of service and professionalism their clients have become accustomed to.

In 2002, TS major share was acquired by a Cyprus group: TSH LIMITED. Association with strong European partner as such increases the company potential and competitiveness enabling it to expand its business beyond the local market capacity and limitations.
